Painting Tiles

Last week our spouses' club had a moms & tots outing to paint some tiles at the Air Force base. I couldn't believe how affordable the prices were. It was only $3 per child to paint a tile, which included all studio time, paints, glazing and firing. What a fun activity!

I plan to get some wall plate hangers and hang these up in their rooms. Unfortunately, Will pulled his tile off the kitchen counter about 30 minutes after I snapped these photos, and his tile shattered into many pieces. I was thankful that he broke his own tile, and that he's too young to care. Whew!
