My Adeline recently celebrated her sixth birthday. We had a very full day of speech, ballet, and softball practice, but we still managed to get in some celebrating, too.

Her final present was her very own Pillow Pet. The kids have been begging for these since before Christmas, and I finally gave in. She's in love.

After our birthday celebration, we headed to ballet. The class danced their special birthday dance to Addie. It was super cute. Addie just stood in the center as if she was a bit shy from all the attention, but I know she was loving it. For over a week, she had been telling everyone we saw (including strangers) how many more days it was until her birthday. She was very excited about her special day.
