Adventurous & Adorable Addie

Addie's new favorite backyard activity is to climb our tree. She's gotten quite good at it, and although part of me wants to tell her not to, I know that it's part of growing up and having fun. If she falls and breaks an arm, well... then I'll tell her to stop. Does that make me a bad mom? Oh well.

Do you see her up there? She is so proud of how high she can climb. Jake asked her if she's stuck her head out the top yet, and since then she says she has (although I'm pretty sure it was out the side, not the actual top).

And while were talking about Addie, just this Monday I finally got the girls to a hair salon and Addie chose to go short. I think it's adorable. Her ballet teacher may not be too thrilled as I highly doubt there will be much of a bun for her recital next month, but que será.
