Last week we took the kids to Chuck E. Cheese's for the first time since we left Hawaii. I don't really know why it took us so long, but I couldn't believe how much fun we had for under $40. Somewhere along the way I scored some good coupons, and we had a full meal and a couple hours of fun with 140 tokens. This was a flat out steal compared to what we had to pay in Hawaii. And considering the cost of taking the family to a movie (with smuggled in snacks), this was definitely a cheaper way to spend a couple hours and have a meal included! We had a blast!
The kids love this simulation ride:

This is my favorite part of Chuck E. Cheese's - the sketch booth. It's been a tradition to force the kids to take photos with me whenever we go, and I've collected them over the years.
These are from last week's trip (forgot where to look the first time):
From April 2008... look at how young my girls were!

From July 2008 (Jacob was Will's current age):

June of last year - the day we had our pack out in Hawaii:
In my opinion, these sketches are definitely worth the 25 cents a pop. They make me smile and melt my heart!
