Making Pizza

Tonight I wanted to have some fun with the kids and try a new way of enjoying one of our favorite meals: pizza. Set with mini pizza crusts, sauce, and mozzarella cheese, the kids each assembled their own pizza.

Assembled pizzas from left to right: Addie, Bella, Will, Jacob

All done:

Time to chow down!

Now doesn't this look like such an easy, fun, and different way to enjoy a pizza night? Yep, I thought so, too. Unfortunately, the kids didn't like the pizza! The only one who didn't seem to mind eating it was Jacob, and I didn't try any myself. So since the pizza ingredients overall cost more than the 2 Tombstone frozen pizzas we usually enjoy, we won't be doing this again. Bummer. At least we had some fun!

  1. do you have a PUblix? They have the best fresh dough in the bakery! We use it all the time and all my kids LOVE it! It's kinda hard to roll out sometimes, but tastes delicious.

  2. I wish! I miss Publix so much! But alas, I do all my shopping at the commissary or Wal-Mart. Sigh.
