Pumpkin Patch #2

While visiting with our cousins, we hit up a second pumpkin patch. Although this one didn't have activities for the children, it was a true pumpkin patch, which is exactly what we were hoping for. The amazing thing is that the farm only charged $5 for any pumpkin out of the field and a 15-20 minute hayride around the farm. It was the best $5 deal we've ever had at a pumpkin patch, and it was such a nice outing. The weather was perfect, the kids were great, and fun was had by all.

Right by the parking area was a field of sunflowers. Here are the girls lined up: Lily, Cielee, Bella, and Addie.
When we added Jacob in, no one seemed to want to look at the camera...
Bella on the hunt...
Addie stopped to pick some flowers (which is a very Addie thing to do)...
Will picked out a green one...
Jacob just enjoyed running around...
Addie shared her flowers with Cielee...
After we picked our pumpkins we loaded up for the hayride. It was a super long ride and we all enjoyed it so much. It took us around the whole farm and through the woods. It was great.

I just love Bella's joy in this photo, made even sweeter next to Jacob's seriousness:

Will eventually moved off my lap and enjoyed looking around the farm:
Since the farm was out in the country, we drove by cotton field after cotton field after cotton field. On the way home, we stopped for a photo op and let the kids pick some cotton:
It was such a nice day in the country!
