Last week I met up with a moms & tots group and we headed out to a local farm for their pumpkin patch activities. The kids had an absolute blast with all the things to do and see, even though the actual "pumpkin patch" was quite disappointing. Being on a farm, we expected to find a field of pumpkins and be able to search for our treasures. Unfortunately, they had put all the pumpkins together in a group and the pickings were very slim. But that's okay... we have a TON of pumpkins now (more on that later). Here's a bunch of the fun we had at the farm:
Animals are always a hit...
This little guy got a bit friendly!
Jacob tried to feed the pigs some dirt...
A cow train ride...
I thought these tire horses were great!
Addie really got into the milking...
These water pumps were a huge hit. There were two troughs and pumps on both sides... and the kids just kept pumping the water back and forth.
This was as good as we could get for a group photo. Jacob almost always refuses to look in group shots.
It was a great day at the farm!
