St. Patrick's Day was a busy one for our family. We had to rush out the door in the morning so I could take the girls to their homeschool art & PE class. Afterward, we went out to lunch at Chili's and headed home for our school day. Bella had softball practice that night, so by the time we got home it was late and I needed a quick and easy meal. I popped in the Veggie Tales movie that has a lesson on St. Patrick (it is a short on Sumo of the Opera) while I mixed up a batch of green pancakes for dinner. I was informed later that they weren't 'green' enough, but I'm not a big fan of food coloring. Maybe next year.
