Blue Jack Ridge

This past weekend we headed out for a day of fall festivities. We met up with some friends at Blue Jack Ridge and had a long, but fun, afternoon.

Jacob just had to reach this puppy in the petting zoo:
 Addie in the corn trough:
The Buckaroo Bounce... the children bounced in a race around a track. These are our friends, Dylan and Haley, with Bella:
Addie and Jacob. Jacob's legs were just a little too short...
This sums up his bouncing experience:
 We hit the corn maze...
found a sow...
and searched for gold and arrow heads in Teepee Town:
The children loved the pony rides...
and spending time with the animals:
We ended the day at the archery range. Bella was able to shoot all by herself, but the others needed varying levels of help.

On top of all these activities, we also ate lunch, played on the playground, watched a pig race, took a wagon ride, enjoyed some snow cones, raced some ducks down a water pump contraption, rode the swing ride, and shot some pellet guns. Plus, I got to come home with a giant bag of kettle corn: yum!

I love days like these!
